Product Description
1.HVT series hydraulic shackle machine is mainly composed of the following components: two or three clamping cylinders form a back-up clamp, two or three clamping cylinders and a torque cylinder form a power clamp, an electric motor and a high-pressure plunger oil pump and oil pipes and quick connectors form a hydraulic system. It is used for quick shackle of drill pipes in trenchless horizontal directional drilling.
2.HBT series ydraulic power chain shackle tong, equipped with a motor/diesel high pressure hydraulic pump station installed on the main body, the main pliers and back pliers each, each pliers with chain and a clamp oil cylinder, increase or reduce the chain, the clamp diameter drill is large, the main pliers with a push and pull twist and unloading cylinder. Twisting and unloading drill has drill bit, submersible hole hammer, screw drill, centering tool, drill pipe, drill collar, casing and so on. With its compact structure and simple operation, it can be used on the drilling platform to lift the drill pipe, drilling tool, drilling collar, drill bit and so on. It can be installed with or without wheel platform, and can be easily unloaded at the drilling site or workshop.
3.HDD Type B Manual Breakout Tong are essential tools in the field of horizontal directional drilling (HDD). These tongs are specifically designed to handle and loosen threaded connections during HDD operations.
4.HMT Hydraulic Shackle Tong
5.DCT Hydraulic Shackle Tong is equipped with an electric high-pressure hydraulic pump station, a main jaw and two back jaws. Each jaw is equipped with a chain and a clamping cylinder. The main jaw is also equipped with a push, pull, twist and release cylinder, and a support cylinder. It is suitable for the disassembly and assembly of large-diameter impact drill tools.
6.YC60-305 Hydraulic Tongs Platform is mainly composed of oil tank, motor, plunger pump, vane pump, various valves, instruments, pipe fittings, etc. The hydraulic disassembly frame operating platform can control the actions of the hydraulic disassembly frame main body through the operating handle on the hydraulic disassembly frame operating platform.
