Product Description

Installation Instructions

1.The oil tank capacity of the pump station is 30L. add L-HM46 or 68 new hydraulic oil to oil label display.
2.Connect to three-phase power, the motor fan rotates clockwise correctly.
3.Add and subtract chain links according to the diameter of the clamp drill rods .
4.C handle is  the main clamp to tighten or loosen , forward loosen  and  back tighten.
5.B  handle is the back clamp to tighten or loosen, forward loosen  and  back tighten.
6.A handle is loose or tight buckle , positive  buckle, forward loosen and back tighten.
7.Adjust the system pressure according to the drill rods torque size, up to 25Mpa.
8.When the horizontal and vertical work change, replace the position of the trolley frame fixing bolt.
9.The pump station is installed on the trolley for the transportation of small wheels when used.
10.Pump station motor or diesel engine can only choose one.
