The fully automatic CGF series three-in-one water filling machine is with stable structure, simple operation and high degree of automation. It is specially used for the production of PET bottled water of various specifications and bottle shapes. The parts in contact with the filling liquid are made of food-grade high quality stainless steel, which is hygienic and easy to clean.

This water filing machine has the characteristics of wear resistance, strong stability, low failure rate...etc., and high product quality.
Features:
1. When the bottle is transferred to the capping part from filling station, it passes through the star wheel to the position which is under the capping head.
2. The caps reach the cap scraper through the cap falling channel.
3. When the bottle passes the cap scraper, the cap is automatically placed on the mouth of the bottle.
4. The star wheel continues to rotate, and arrive to capping head, the capping head will be lowered, and then cap is sealed.
5. After sealing the cap, the capping head rises and the star wheel turns the bottle out.
