1.Add new hydraulic oil to the tank above the scale.
2.The three-phase power supply is connected with the motor fan blade clockwise. The green open key is to start the motor, the red key is to close the power key, the air cooler power switch according to the hydraulic oil temperature switch.
3.C handle forward push, dynamic back hydro-cylinder Tightening the tubular column, the pressure gauge oil pressure suddenly increases, C handle backward pull, back hydro-cylinder release.
4.B handle forward push, dynamic hydro-cylinder to tighten the tubular column, pressure gauge oil pressure suddenly increased, B handle backward pull,dynamic hydro-cylinder loosen.
5.A handle forward push, the main pliers torque hydro-cylinder loose release, A handle backward pull, the main pliers torsion hydro-cylinder tightly buckle.
6.Adjust hydraulic system pressure 10-25 MPA, and adjust the multiregulation valve as required.
7.Replace the clamping teeth, remove the set tooth with a hexagonal wrench, do not remove the hydro-cylinder.
