HVT150, HVT250 hydraulic shackle machine is mainly composed of the following components: two or three clamping cylinders form a back-up clamp, two or three clamping cylinders and a torque cylinder form a power clamp, an electric motor and a high-pressure plunger oil pump and oil pipes and quick connectors form a hydraulic system. It is used for quick shackle of drill pipes in trenchless horizontal directional drilling.

1. Add new hydraulic oil to the oil tank to the mark above.
2. The three-phase power supply wiring is correctly wired when the motor fan blade turns clockwise. The green switch is to start the motor, the red key is to turn off the power, and the air cooler power switch is switched on and off according to the hydraulic oil temperature.
a) Oil pipe connection, the two oil pipe quick connectors of group A are connected to the main clamp, and the two oil pipe quick connectors of group B are connected to the backup clamp. The two oil pipe quick connectors of group C are connected to the torque cylinder,
3. Push the A handle forward, the main clamp cylinder tightens the pipe column, and the A handle is pulled back to release the main clamp cylinder.
4. Push the B handle forward, the backup clamp cylinder tightens the pipe column, and the B handle is pulled back to release the backup clamp cylinder.
5. Push the C handle forward, the main clamp torque cylinder loosens the buckle, and the C handle is pulled back to tighten the main clamp torque cylinder.
6. Adjust the hydraulic system pressure to 10-30MPA, and adjust the pressure regulating valve on the multi-way valve as needed.
7. To replace the clamping teeth, use a hexagonal wrench to remove the lower jaw seat, and do not remove the clamping cylinder.
8. This operation is very important. After the work is completed, turn off the power, push and pull the A, B, and C handles forward and backward several times to release the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pipeline. After the pipeline is free of pressure, unplug the quick connector.
