Installation Instructions

1.The oil tank capacity of the pump station is 60L. Ensure that the oil tank has hydraulic oil. Select the hydraulic oil L-HM32 / 46 / 68 hydraulic oil to the oil label display according to the local air temperature. Select the hydraulic oil with high viscosity in low air temperature.
2.Start the diesel engine pump and remove the buckle.
3.Add and subtract chain links according to the diameter of the clamp drill rods.
4.C handle is  the main clamp to tighten or loosen , forward loosen  and  back tighten.
5.B  handle is the back clamp to tighten or loosen, forward loosen  and  back tighten.
6.A handle is loose or tight buckle , positive  buckle, forward loosen and back tighten.
7.Adjust the system pressure according to the drill rods torque size, up to 31.5Mpa.
8.Horizontal removal and vertical removal of the drilling tool conversion, just remove the rear fixed bolt of the equipment and change the position
