The special piston for the ceramic cylinder liner is a key component of the fluid end system of the mud pump. The suction and discharge pressure of the mud pump is generated by the reciprocating linear motion of the piston in the cylinder liner. The piston developed by our company has the characteristics of anti-eccentric wear and easy disassembly; it adopts a unique structural design to enable it to advance and retreat during reciprocating motion. It not only has a reliable seal, but also can more effectively protect the ceramic cylinder liner. The base material of this product is 40Cr or 45# forged steel, and the sealing material is special polyurethane rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber or nitrile rubber, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, water-resistant, good corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and wear resistance Performance, long service life.
According to the structure, it can be divided into integral type and assembled type:
(1) The feature of the integral piston is that the bowl is completely open, and the metal base material and the sealing rubber are integrally vulcanized, which can be used interchangeably with the assembled piston of the same specification.
(2) The assembled piston is assembled from a piston rubber and a piston core, and the material of the piston rubber can be selected according to the characteristics of the medium. Assembled pistons are available in single-acting and double-acting types.
Piston installation dimensions comply with API standards and are fully interchangeable with original accessories. The specifications can be matched with various common types of ceramic cylinder liners.
